While every ToughBuilt product is built to be tough, it is important to use ToughBuilt products appropriately.

All ToughBuilt products are protected* by our LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY to the original purchaser against defects in material or workmanship. Normal wear and tear and conditions resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, alteration or improper care or maintenance voids the LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any other express warranty of any kind.

In order to activate the limited lifetime warranty item must be registered https://toughbuilt.com/register-your-product.

Warranty is not transferable.

*Please note that each ToughBuilt Global region adheres to it's distributor's national warranty guidelines- products purchased outside of the customer's established national residency cannot be registered for warranty protection. This includes 2nd party international sellers such as Temu or AliExpress.
