While every ToughBuilt product is built to be tough, it is important to use ToughBuilt products appropriately.

All ToughBuilt products are protected* by our 25 Year LIMITED LIFETIME GUARANTEE to the original purchaser against defects in material or workmanship.  Normal wear and tear and conditions resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, alteration or improper care or maintenance voids the 25 Year LIMITED LIFETIME GUARANTEE.  This guarantee is exclusive and in lieu of any other express guarantee of any kind. 

In order to activate the 25 Year LIMITED LIFETIME GUARANTEE, the item must be registered at www.toughbuilt.com/register-your-product-ukeu.

This extended guarantee is not transferable.

*Please note that each ToughBuilt Global region adheres to it's distributor's national warranty guidelines- products purchased outside of the customer's established national residency cannot be registered for warranty protection. This includes 2nd party international sellers such as Temu or AliExpress.
